Gurvinder Singh’s life took a dramatic turn when he endured a serious accident and found himself in dire need of assistance. Unfortunately, due to the unavailability of an ambulance at that crucial moment, compassionate individuals stepped in to transport him to the Civil Hospital. This deeply impactful experience served as the inspiration for him to initiate a free ambulance service specifically dedicated to aiding road accident victims.
On July 23, 2008, this vision came to life as they launched the service with a single ambulance based in Sirsa city. Over time, the trust has expanded its fleet to encompass a total of nine ambulances, extending their services to areas including Ellenabad and Rania. To date, these ambulances have come to the aid of 6200 victims involved in road accidents and have provided vital assistance to 4637 women during childbirth, all provided free of charge.
